Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • If your return is not approved, you will be notified with an explanation.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund.
